Steam & Condensate Pipework Installation

GG Steam condensate pipework installationIn July 2015, G&G designed and installed a Cat 1 (high integrity) steam/condensate/waste heat pipe work. This project included a full location survey to ensure the equipment was sited correctly within the physical and challenging limitations of the existing facility.

The project included identifying and eliminating all stresses on the system during normal and elevated (extreme) temperature operation range. This included determining the direction of thermal expansion of each stress point in the complex system involving different materials, component sizes/thicknesses/masses.

The equipment was accurately aligned during installation and included high integrity welding and onsite safety at all times. For further information, please contact us.
